Cuchy Spain, with NIF 72487601l and registered office in Madrid-Spain, is the owner of this web page, and with whom any purchase would be contracted according to the terms and conditions expressed below.

The purpose of this section is to define the terms and conditions of purchase on commercial transactions carried out in our store www.cuchy.es, domain operated by Cuchy Spain

These terms and conditions, together with your order confirmation, constitute the contract between CUCHY.ES and the customer for the supply of products. It will be understood that the client agrees with the general conditions that are provided in this text from the moment in which he accepts that he has read and agrees with these Terms and Conditions.

Formalization of orders

To formalize an order, the following steps will be followed:

CUCHY.ES reserves the right to modify at any time the commercial conditions presented on its website regarding prices, promotions or discounts. Users who have previously made a purchase are recommended to review these contracting conditions in case they have undergone any modification.

In the cases in which an information or typographical error occurs on the website, at all times outside the will of CUCHY.ES , it would proceed immediately to its correction. If any error of this type would have caused an erroneous purchase decision to be made, CUCHY.ES will notify the client of said error and the client will have the right to cancel their purchase without any cost on their part.

The photographs respect the essence of the product as much as possible, but differences in tone or finish may be caused due to the very nature of the wood with which we manufacture our products. For this reason, CUCHY.ES is not responsible for the differences that may exist between the product shown and the original product as a result of the characteristics of the wood.

Prices and Taxes

The prices of the products displayed in the online store include Value Added Tax (VAT) and shipping costs. *Excluded in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, where Value Added Tax (VAT) and free expenses do not apply.

The buyer's bank details will not be kept in any case.

Coupons are not cumulative and in sales season they do not apply.

Form, costs and delivery times

Orders will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form, so CUCHY.ES does not assume any responsibility when the delivery cannot be made as a result of the data provided being incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete.

Orders that appear as > PRE-ORDER <, means that at this moment we do not have that item in our warehouse, and that it will be delivered in the shortest possible time, both in the product file (when the customer selects the size) and in the purchase summary it is indicated that an order is PRE-ORDER

PRE-ORDER orders are charged at the time of purchase.

The customer agrees to enable the delivery of the requested order by providing a delivery address where the requested order can be delivered within the usual merchandise delivery hours. In case of breach by the client of this obligation, CUCHY.ES will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivery of the order.

In the case of not being able to start the order processing because the requested product is not available, the buyer will be promptly informed of this incident, with the commitment to solve it as soon as possible.

 

Pursuant to the Land Transport Regulation legislation, it is the customer's responsibility to verify the products upon receipt and state all exceptions and claims that may be justified in the delivery receipt document.

Orders will be delivered through the GLS courier service within a period of between 3 and 5 BUSINESS DAYS .

If you choose the cash on delivery payment method, and the collection of the order is rejected, the customer must pay the amount of the transport of the order.

For cases in which it is not possible to deliver the order, a second delivery attempt will be made. Warranty

In compliance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the guarantee against manufacturing defects is 12 months. Returns

To proceed with the return of an item purchased in the online store, you must request it through an email to info@cuchy.es within a period not exceeding 14 CALENDAR DAYS from the receipt of the product, letting us know as long as the buyer wishes the reason for the return. Products that have been personalized at the customer's request will not be subject to return, except in the case of defective products.

Cuchy will cancel all returns where the product is not in optimal conditions for subsequent sale, it is understood as used sole, scratched, stains on the sole, plant, material, trims and leather, returns will not be accepted with more than 15 days from the date of purchase. product purchase.

Returns can be processed as follows:
