NATIONAL (Peninsular)

We will make a second delivery attempt the next business day. If we are unable to deliver, we will contact you to attempt a third delivery attempt at a more convenient time/location. If we are unable to deliver within 7 days, the order will be automatically returned.
Our orders are delivered to the address you provide. Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email from the logistics company with your tracking number. From that email, you can indicate if you'd like to have your order delivered to a pickup location.
Depending on your delivery area, your order may have shipping costs. We'll inform you of the shipping costs before you pay on the checkout page.

Orders
If your order has not been accepted and/or prepared, we can cancel your order at info@cuchy.es
If an order has already been accepted, you will have to wait for us to deliver your order to return it.

- Deferred payment: Scalapay or Aplazame
We currently sell online only. The first size or style exchange is free, so you can try the product on at home and then exchange it FREE of charge.
Returns and Exchanges
If you detect a defect in the delivered order, you must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
To do so, request a refund using the following form: RETURNS

From the time we issue the refund, and depending on your bank, it may take between 7 and 14 days for the refund to arrive. If you don't receive your refund within that time, please contact us at info@cuchy.es.

You have 14 calendar days to make your return from the date of delivery of your order.
The warranty against manufacturing defects is 12 months. The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
If you believe there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us at info@cuchy.es and we will help you resolve it.
