As a pioneering brand in incorporating jewels into footwear, I've always known that copies would arrive, and that's been the case practically since the first season. However, the vast majority of you know how to appreciate and differentiate the importance of quality and finish.
The iconic ones, especially, are always the most copied. But the reality is there's no comparison: our colors are more beautiful, and our sandals look fantastic on the foot.
The Ágape sandals are one of our first designs, which is why they've also been copied the most. However, they look much worse and don't enhance the beauty of your feet like our Ágape.
The details speak for themselves, as at Cuchy the finishes are exceptional thanks to the work of the artisans.
The black Plaka sandal is also one of the models that most inspires other competitors. However, the price influences the quality of the product and the care with which it's made. You have to pay for quality; it's not as good as it seems if it's not worth it.
In addition to the many copies, we've also seen the maxi-jewelry trend reach the world of shoes, but fast-fashion retailers stand out for their speed thanks to their business model, not for the quality we look for in a shoe that lasts a lifetime. Models similar to the Andros Black have reached industry giants.
