LEGAL BASES: CUCHY&CHARLY SL Calle Guisando 54, 2B. 28035 Madrid , Spain and CIF: B01738913 , will hold a contest in which up to 600 coupons with different prizes are given away to contest participants.

BASES:

I. Validity of the promotion. The draw will take place on Instagram and will be reinforced through Instagram Stories and Reels. It will be on the Instagram platform itself where the prizes will be communicated to each participant.

II. Participation Mechanics. Participation in this promotion organized by Cuchy_es is free of charge. The contest will be held through Instagram. The mechanics to participate is as follows: 1. A screenshot of the post published for the contest must be made in the @cuchy_es account. 2. This screenshot must be shared in stories and mention @cuchy_es. 3. Our Customer Service department will send a private message to each user who has shared their post, informing them of the prize they have received. This communication will be made within a maximum period of 24 working hours. While supplies last (600 coupons total)

Participation in the course will close on March 31, 2023. The coupons will be applicable until April 15, 2023.

III. Prize. There are 12 types of prizes in total that are random based on the screenshot made by the participants. The prizes consist of coupons that can be redeemed when making a purchase at www.cuchy.es

IV. Exclusions and restrictions 

1. The coupons are valid until April 15, 2023. The coupons are valid under certain purchase conditions that will be communicated to the participants. Coupons are for single use. Coupons are not cumulative with other promotions, coupons, nor are they applicable to previously discounted products.

2. Those participants who in their publications / comments violate: (1) the protection of children, youth and women; (2) invade or harm the privacy of third parties; (3) induce, incite or promote any type of criminal, denigrating and/or violent actions in any of its forms; (4) incorporate violent or pornographic messages, (5) are carriers of viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the operation of any software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.

3. Likewise, CUCHY will withdraw from the promotion any user who, in accordance with the applicable legal provisions, infringes through their participation the right of intellectual and industrial property and other similar rights of third parties or any regulatory regulations of civil law. , criminal or of whatever nature they may be.

4. CUCHY employees may not participate in this promotion.

5. To participate in the draw, CUCHY will not collect any personal data from the winner except their Instagram profile through which the prize and the conditions of use of the same will be communicated to each participant.

6. The organization of this draw reserves the right to withdraw from it any participant who uses any deceptive or fraudulent mechanism.

V. Cancellation modification or suspension of the contest. CUCHY reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the draw in the event of any force majeure situation that prevents its proper development.
